RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Production Electrical Team Lead to guide an engineering team on a production program.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required. This on-site role in Tucson, AZ offers challenging design-to-manufacture responsibilities and opportunities to collaborate across functions.

Expect involvement in design reviews, risk management, and continuous improvement within a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• RF, analog/digital, or mixed signal design, debugging and failure investigations.
• Strong written and verbal technical communication to cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Electrical Team on a Production Program.
• Provide technical support to 10–15 engineers and mentor the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional prioritization and design reviews.
• Involve with design reviews, schedule risk, testing, and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering disciplines.
• Travel less than 25% annually; on-site 1st shift.
