Job summary

RTX, a global leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Production Electrical Team Lead on a Tucson-based program. You will mentor 10–15 engineers, manage design reviews, and coordinate with operations, supply chain, and quality.

Onsite role requiring DoD Secret clearance and strong technical leadership. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s in a STEM field, 8+ years in production engineering, and experience with RF/analog/digital design, FPGA integrations, and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal design or analysis; FPGA integration preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Production Electrical Team on a Production Program.
• Support 10–15 engineers with mentoring and task execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional prioritization with Electrical Team Lead.
• Involve in design reviews, risk, burn-down, and supplier coordination.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines.
