RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, seeks a Production Electrical Team Lead for our Tucson production program. You will lead the Electrical Team, mentor 10–15 engineers, and coordinate across functions on design reviews, testing, and continuous improvement, onsite on the first shift.

A bachelor’s in Engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience is required, plus RF/analog/digital design and FPGA integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• RF/analog/digital design or analysis; FPGA integration preferred.
• Missile hardware production experience; design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Electrical Team on a Production Program and mentor 10–15 engineers.
• Coordinate cross-functional prioritization and participate in design reviews.
• Support schedule risk, burn-down, supplier coordination, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 25% annually; onsite 1st shift.
