RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead for a production program in Tucson. You will supervise engineers, drive technical rigor, and coordinate cross-functional tasks to deliver complex missile hardware.

The role requires a BS in a STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience, with FPGA, RF, and mixed-signal design knowledge highly valued. Expect collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain and Quality, along with occasional travel

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing; FPGA integration knowledge preferred.
• Production engineering experience involving design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting of missile hardware and problem solving.

Responsabilités

• Function as a Production Electrical Team Lead on a Production Program.
• Provide technical support of 5–10 engineers; focus on task execution, mentorship and training.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization.
• Involvement with design reviews, schedule risk, burn down, supplier coordination, documentation, testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel less than 25% annually; 1st shift, onsite.
