Job summary

You will be a senior technical leader responsible for reliability, resiliency, observability, and operational readiness of critical payment platforms. You will provide end-to-end production ownership across the service lifecycle, driving stability improvements, incident reduction, automation, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Extensive production engineering experience in mission-critical environments.
• 5+ years applying SRE/Production Engineering to reliability and performance.
• Experience leading complex incidents, root cause analysis, and containment.
• Experience with cloud, hybrid, or enterprise environments and observability tools.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, telemetry, dashboards, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own production reliability for merchant payment services and client platforms.
• Evaluate release readiness with controls, resiliency, and observability in mind.
• Lead major incident response and coordinate across teams to restore services.
• Drive root cause remediation and reduce recurring failures.
• Define SLOs/SLIs, dashboards, alerts, and operational analytics.
• Design automation to reduce manual work and MTTR.
• Lead resiliency planning, failover tests, and governance activities.
• Adopt AI-assisted engineering with proper validation and security practices.
