JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to spearhead the Production Management team within the Commercial & Investment Bank.

Qualifications

Formal training or certification in site reliability engineering concepts with 5+ years of experience.
Proven use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to improve SRE workflows with validation and data-sensitivity awareness.
Ability to evaluate AI-assisted recommendations, set guardrails, and ensure resiliency and security outcomes.
Leadership across Production Support, Production Management, SRE, and Technology Operations teams to deliver stable services.
Experience supporting Front Office Sales users and Sales Execution platforms in high-availability, time-sensitive environments.
Strong knowledge of Rates, Credit, FX, Repo, and/or SPG workflows (RFQ, pricing, execution, lifecycle).
Systems thinking and problem-solving for cross-domain production issues; capable of end-to-end resolution.
Major incident leadership coordinating across teams to restore service and drive RCAs.
Partnership with Application Development, Product, Sales, and business stakeholders to improve reliability and operational maturity.
Strong observability and service management expertise with clear communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead the Production Management team supporting Sales Execution platforms across Rates, Credit, FX, SPG, and Repo.
Own stability, availability, resiliency, and end-to-end performance of business-critical platforms.
Act as senior escalation point during incidents, driving triage, coordination, and recovery actions.
Understand Sales Execution workflows to anticipate risks and improve support.
Partner with Sales, Trading, Product, App Development, Operations, and Infrastructure to improve stability.
Serve as trusted advisor to Front Office Sales stakeholders with concise communications during incidents.
Drive service maturity through governance, reviews, and standardized support models for new capabilities.
Lead reliability improvements by applying systems thinking and expanding SRE adoption (observability, automation, analytics).
Run incident, problem, and change management with RCAs and remediation to prevent recurrence.
Utilize enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate major-incident triage and post-incident analysis with proper data handling.
Promote reuse-first AI-assisted reliability workflows across the SDLC/toolchain with traceability and security controls.
