Dow is seeking a Senior Production Engineer in Knoxville, TN. You will optimize plant operations, resolve issues, and ensure safe, efficient production of high-quality products while coordinating with supply chain to meet business goals.

You will apply your technical knowledge to troubleshoot, improve operating discipline, and lead improvements in raw material efficiency and process automation. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and on-call readiness.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required (chemical or mechanical preferred).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into plant production goals.
• Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain for production planning and shipping.
• Determine shutdown timing with Supply Chain, Turnaround, Operations, and Maintenance.
• Coach plant personnel on KPI tracking and performance records.
