Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or science with related production experience.
• 5-7 years in high-tech production/manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience leading teams, coordinating shift work, and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First Line Support during the assigned shift to align resources with production priorities.
• Provide technical guidance and drive timely resolution of production issues.
• Coordinate tasks across the shift to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Serve as the primary shift point of contact for escalation and communication with leadership.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and maintain workflow and cycle time expectations.
• Coach, train, and mentor team members on on-the-floor troubleshooting and procedures.
• Escalate process or procedural issues to the Production Engineering team and assist with solutions.
• Present daily shift reports and participate in bi-weekly cycle-time meetings to improve productivity.
