Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a high-tech production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading daily work coordination and shift execution.
• Proven root-cause analysis, containment development and close-out.
• Experience coaching, training, mentoring engineers or technicians.
• Ability to communicate production risks and recovery plans clearly.
• Experience in optical fabrication or related processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First Line Support personnel during the assigned shift to align resources with production priorities.
• Provide technical guidance by reviewing disturbances notices and driving timely resolutions.
• Coordinate work across the shift to ensure tasks are assigned, prioritized and completed safely.
• Serve as primary shift contact for escalation, resource alignment and leadership communication.
• Monitor shift progress, identify risks, and take action to maintain workflow, quality, and cycle time.
• Coach, train, and mentor employees during onboarding and daily execution.
• Attend Tier 2 meetings and cascade information to the team.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
