Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with 2+ years in production or manufacturing engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in a high-tech production environment, with leadership or complex project management preferred.
• Ability to lead daily work coordination, prioritize tasks and support shift execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First Line Support during the assigned shift ensuring alignment to production priorities.
• Provide technical guidance, review disturbances, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate work across the shift to meet safety, quality, and production standards.
• Serve as primary shift point of contact for escalation and cross-functional communication.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and take action to maintain workflow and quality.
• Coach, train, and mentor employees to improve capability and execution.
• Escalate process or procedural issues and contribute to improvement solutions.
• Present daily shift reports and support decision-making with leadership.
