Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Senior Business Process Specialist to optimize production execution and drive continuous improvement at the Wilton Factory in Connecticut. You will bridge business needs with SAP/MES solutions, ensuring standardized, robust processes that support DUV/APPS and EUV operations.

You will design, test, implement and continuously improve end-to-end processes, lead workshops, and train end users while collaborating with IT, engineers and business leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or operations field.
• 5+ years in a high-tech manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience supporting DUV/APPS and EUV factory operations preferred.
• Expertise in production/sequence engineering, disturbance management, and bill of process management.
• Proficiency with SAP, MES and production execution systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for production execution and disturbance management in assembly.
• Lead end-to-end process design, qualification tests, implementation and continuous improvement.
• Analyze and optimize processes; map requirements for applications (e.g., SAP, MES) used in factory operations.
• Liaise with internal customers in DUV/APPS and EUV factories; translate needs into improvements.
• Champion process improvements and train end users; facilitate workshops and onboarding.
