Job summary

You will partner with engineering, planning, quality, and logistics to remove barriers, support ramping of new products, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and operational stability.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Three or more years of people leadership or operational leadership.
• Experience managing production performance, staffing, and quality outcomes.
• Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach, develop, and support Team Leads, specialists, and technicians.
• Develop staffing plans and build workforce capability to meet production demands.
• Partner with engineering, planning, quality, and logistics teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Support new product introductions and production ramp activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and operational stability.
• Communicate production performance, risks, and priorities to leadership and business partners.
