Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Group Lead to drive daily manufacturing, safety, quality and productivity. You will lead a high-performing team, coach Team Leads and technicians, and partner with engineering, planning and logistics to remove production barriers.

You will develop staffing plans, support new product introductions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing floor.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Seven+ years in a complex manufacturing environment.
Three+ years of people leadership or operational leadership.
Experience managing production, staffing and quality outcomes.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals.
Coach and develop Team Leads, specialists, and technicians.
Develop staffing plans and build workforce capability to meet production demands.
Partner with engineering, planning, quality and logistics to resolve challenges.
Support new product introductions and ramp activities.
Drive continuous improvement to improve efficiency, quality and stability.
Communicate production performance, risks and priorities to leadership.
