Job summary

ASML US is seeking a Production Engineer 2 to develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes for NPI and high-volume production. This hands-on role requires problem-solving, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure operational excellence in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 2–4 years in production engineering or process development.
• Solid understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and lean principles.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for NPI and volume manufacturing.
• Implement SPC for new products and monitor process stability.
• Drive improvements for recurring manufacturing issues and quality.
• Create and update process documentation, routings, and specifications.
• Support introduction of new products into production within a concurrent engineering environment.
• Provide technical support for production issues and root cause analysis investigations.
