Job summary

ASML US, LP in Wilton, CT seeks a Team Lead First Line Support Production Engineer to oversee shift technical support in the Production Engineering department. You will guide troubleshooting, coordinate daily tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.

You will lead a team, communicate across Production Engineering, Manufacturing, and leadership, and drive continuous improvements, including rapid resolution of disturbances and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering with 2+ years in production or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Proven ability to lead daily work coordination and shift execution.
• Experience in problem solving, root‑cause analysis, containment development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee First Line Support during the assigned shift to align resources with priorities.
• Provide accountable technical support and drive timely resolution of production issues.
• Coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety, quality and cycle time goals.
• Serve as primary shift contact for escalation and cross‑functional communication.
• Coach and mentor team members, support onboarding and training.
• Attend and present reports on shift status and improvement actions.
