Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead to guide the Electrical Team on a production program. The role focuses on engineering task execution, technical rigor, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed environment on onsite shift.

You will supervise 10–15 engineers, support design reviews, resolution of technical issues, testing, and continuous improvement, with travel under 25% and a 1st shift schedule at a US-based facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics or related STEM field plus 8 years of relevant experience.
• RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis; FPGA integration preferred.
• Production engineering experience with missile hardware, including failure investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Team as Production Electrical Team Lead on a production program.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to 10–15 engineers.
• Coordinate cross-functional prioritization with the Electrical Team Lead.
• Involve in design reviews, schedule risk, burn-down, supplier coordination, and testing.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve issues.
• Travel less than 25%; work 1st shift onsite.
