Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead in Tucson for a production program. You will lead the Electrical Team, mentor engineers, and coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure design reviews and on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5+ years of experience in RF/analog/digital design, FPGA integration, and production engineering for missile hardware. Onsite 1st shift with <25% travel, relocation support available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science/Physics/Math and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• RF/analog/digital circuit design, DSP, or related analysis with FPGA experience preferred.
• Production engineering with missile hardware design, analysis, or root cause investigations.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Team on a Production Program, mentoring engineers.
• Provide technical support for 5–10 engineers and coordinate cross‑functional work.
• Participate in design reviews, risk assessment, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering teams.
• Travel <25% annually; 1st shift, onsite.
