RTX is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead to guide a team of engineers on a Production Program onsite in Tucson, AZ. You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination to ensure design reviews, testing, and validation proceed with rigor.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in Engineering with 8+ years of experience, knowledge of RF/analog/digital circuits and FPGA integration, and strong communication skills for collaboration with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience.
• RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed-signal design or analysis; FPGA integration preferred.
• Production engineering experience with missile hardware design, analysis, or troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communications for cross-functional audiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Electrical Team on a Production Program and mentor 10–15 engineers.
• Provide technical support and drive engineering task execution with rigor.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for prioritization across functions.
• Participate in design reviews, schedule risk reviews, and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Eng disciplines to resolve production issues.
