Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead to guide the Electrical Team on a production program. You will provide technical direction, mentor 5–10 engineers, and ensure rigorous engineering practices across design reviews, testing, and integration.

Responsibilities include cross-functional coordination with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to resolve production issues, manage schedules, and drive continuous improvement. Travel is <25% and first shift, onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis; FPGA integration preferred.
• Production engineering experience with missile hardware; root cause and corrective action.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Electrical Team on a Production Program and mentor 5–10 engineers.
• Provide technical support, focusing on task execution, rigor, and training.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization.
• Involvement with design reviews, schedule risk, testing, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel <25% annually; 1st shift onsite.
