Job summary

RTX is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead to oversee an Electrical Team on a production program. You will mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional priorities, and participate in design reviews, testing, and validation processes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in engineering, missile hardware production, and strong communication skills, with FPGA and mixed-signal design proficiency. On-site role with relocation support and a 9/80 work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field with at least 8 years of experience.
• RF, analog, digital, or mixed-signal circuit design or analysis; FPGA integration preferred.
• Production engineering experience with missile hardware, design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Team on a Production Program as a Production Electrical Team Lead.
• Provide technical support for 10–15 engineers, focusing on execution and mentorship.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead on prioritization.
• Participate in design reviews, risk management, documentation, testing and validation.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other Engineering disciplines to resolve production issues.
• Travel <25%; 1st shift onsite.
