RTX is seeking a Production Electrical Team Lead for our Tucson, AZ site. You will lead the Electrical Team on a production program, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional performance in a matrixed environment.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years of production engineering or missile hardware experience, with strong communication skills and experience in FPGA/CMS design and problem solving. This onsite role offers a 9/80 schedule and competitive benefits.

Formación

• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM degree and a minimum of 5 years’ prior relevant experience.
• RF, analog, digital, and or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and or digital signal processing, debugging, failure investigations. Knowledge of FPGA integration and implementation preferred.
• Production engineering experience involving design, analysis, fabrication, or troubleshooting of missile hardware, including systematic problem solving, failure investigations or Root Cause and Corrective Action.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills creating and presenting technical content to cross-functional peers, leaders, suppliers and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Function as a Production Electrical Team Lead on a Production Program leading the Electrical Team while supporting cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Provide technical support of 5-10 engineers, with a focus placed on engineering task execution, technical rigor, mentorship and training, etc.
• Coordinate with Electrical Team Lead for cross-functional prioritization.
• Direct involvement with and or support of design reviews, schedule risk, red rack burn down, supplier coordination, documentation, compliance, testing and validation, peer reviews and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate and coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines to resolve issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.
• Travel Requirements: less than 25% annually.
• Shift Information: 1st shift, onsite.
