Job summary

• Develop and help implement production plans for assigned clients, partnering with Customer Success.
• Forecasting staffing needs in the assigned regions and liaising with Recruiting.
• Create, maintain, and present reports to leadership to communicate trends and status of tasks.
• Monitor performance KPIs of health plan partners and inform strategy.
