Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager Data Analyst to support and optimize reporting solutions, analytic assets, and cloud-based analytics capabilities. You will collaborate with business, analytics, and IT teams to deliver high-quality insights, dashboards, and financial analyses that drive informed decisions across the organization.

You will lead efforts in data quality, validation, and modernization of reporting environments while maintaining thorough documentation and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering analytics, reporting, dashboards, DataMarts or related data solutions.
• Strong SQL experience with large datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience with BI tools, dashboards, reporting workflows, DataMarts and cloud analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of data quality, testing methodologies, validation techniques, and QA processes.
• Experience supporting analytics, reporting infrastructure, financial analysis, cloud analytics, or similar functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supports analytics platform and reporting infrastructure including DataMarts and Tableau solutions.
• Maintains and enhances DataMarts, reporting processes, data pipelines, and analytic assets.
• Monitors performance and identifies opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Contributes to cloud analytics initiatives and migration activities.
• Collaborates with IT, analytics teams, data engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Develops and maintains technical and process documentation for analytic assets.
• Delivers ad hoc analyses, recurring reporting, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Ensures governance, testing, and quality control across analytics solutions.
