Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a detail-oriented operations-focused professional to support health plan client accounts in Austin. You will manage member journey processes, own meeting docs, and coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely responses and deliverables.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in operations, client support, or administrative account coordination.
• 2 to 4 years stakeholder management.
• Direct client-facing experience with clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Confluence).
• Proven meeting administration including agenda, notes, and action items.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME and operational owner for member journey processes and client collateral, guiding clients through requirements.
• Own end-to-end meeting documentation for client-facing calls and internal syncs, including agendas and minutes.
• Capture, document, and track open items and deliverables from client meetings and emails.
• Manage routine ad-hoc client inquiries and coordinate with internal departments.
• Coordinate intake, routing, and resolution of member grievances.
• Partner with Production, BAs, and Data Relationship Managers to maintain workflow alignment.
• Document client nuances in profiles and tracking sheets.
• Serve as backup coverage for the Client Success Manager/Executive or COO as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for smaller accounts or lines of business.
