Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for a full-time analyst to help drive data-backed decisions across our health benefits ecosystem in Dallas. You will track membership, develop production plans with Customer Success, and work with Operations to align provider strategies and client goals.

You will forecast staffing needs, build reports for leadership, and translate complex data into simple insights that inform action. 3–5 years of experience and Excel prowess are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of prior relevant experience.
• 2 to 3 years stakeholder management.
• Proficient experience working within Excel.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and adapt to changing business conditions.

Responsibilities

• Research, track, monitor membership levels to meet client commitments.
• Develop and help implement production plans with Customer Success.
• Work with Operations to set client goals and provider plans.
• Forecast staffing needs and collaborate with Recruiting.
• Create, maintain, and present reports to leadership on trends.
• Communicate insights to Operations leadership.
• Discuss Production trends and client metrics.
• Monitor KPIs for health plan partners and inform strategy.
• Respond promptly to inquiries.
• Summarize complex analyses into actionable content.
