Job summary
Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) invites applications for a Senior Product Support Engineer to deliver expert technical support for product and system prototypes. You will lead installation, testing, diagnostics, and collaborative corrective actions with engineering teams, while mentoring junior engineers and driving process improvements.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; degree may substitute with experience.
- 10+ years in technical support or engineering roles.
- Strong background with Tactical Data Link and TRAX.
- Extensive product installation and testing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support for product and prototypes.
- Lead installation, testing, and validation projects.
- Diagnose and resolve critical technical issues and defects.
- Develop corrective actions with engineering teams.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
