Job summary

Hawthorne Cat is seeking a Product Support Supervisor to drive services growth by leading the product support sales teams and the CVA department. The role focuses on increasing customer satisfaction and parts and service sales, aligning with our corporate strategy.

Responsibilities include supervising PSSR performance, coaching staff, managing CVA operations, and coordinating with Caterpillar to maximize programs. A strong leader with extensive product support experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Ten years of product support experience in the industry.
• At least three years of supervisory experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight.
• Clear written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid California Class C Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the product support sales teams and CVA Department to drive services growth.
• Supervise performance and territory assignments of Product Support Sales Reps.
• Interface with Parts, Service, and Marketing to execute initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with Caterpillar.
• Coach and develop PSSR's sales and customer service skills.
