Job summary

Hawthorne Cat is a family-owned company delivering construction machinery and power generation solutions. We seek a Product Support Supervisor to drive services growth, lead the CVA department, and enhance customer satisfaction and parts/service sales.

The role requires extensive product support experience, supervisory skill, and the ability to travel. Candidates should be organized, ethical, and capable of developing teams while aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of product support experience in the industry.
• At least 3 years supervisory experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel overnight.
• Clear written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and self-starter.
• PC skills: Excel, Word, etc.
• Must have a valid California Class C Driver License.
• Organized and a good planner.
• Ability to set and meet goals.
• High standards of ethics and integrity.
• Team leadership style; leads by example and mentors subordinates.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Product Support Sales Representatives across Hawthorne Power Systems and other locations.
• Collaborate with customers to provide solutions and support.
• Coordinate with Parts and Service on marketing and sales initiatives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with Caterpillar.
• Manage CVA department budgets, targets, and performance reviews.
• Coach and develop CVA staff and oversee quarterly scorecards.
