Job summary

Hawthorne Cat seeks a Product Support Supervisor to drive services growth by leading and supporting the product support sales teams and the CVA Department. You will increase customer satisfaction and parts and service sales, overseeing operations to align with our strategic plan.

Requirements include 10+ years in product support, 3+ years supervisory experience, travel willingness, strong communication, and a California driver license.

Qualifications

• Ten years of product support experience in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage Product Support Sales Representatives at Hawthorne Power Systems and support corporate services growth across segments.
• Interface with Parts and Service teams to implement product support marketing and sales initiatives.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies with Caterpillar and supervise performance and territory assignments.
• Coach and develop PSSR's sales and customer service skills and manage quarterly scorecards.
• Develop annual product support sales targets aligned with corporate goals.
• Coordinate Caterpillar merchandising programs and leverage Cat support programs.
• Interact with District Reps and Caterpillar to optimize engagement and participation.
• Oversee CVA operation, manage CVA technicians and performance reviews.
• Schedule training for department personnel and support proposals and customer relations.
• Manage all CVA projects and assist other Service Department teams as needed.
• Prepare budgets, forecasting, and promotional activities in collaboration with the General Service Manager.
