Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead payer product strategy and commercialization. You will translate market needs and client insights into differentiated roadmaps in partnership with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, payer domain expertise, and strong commercial judgment to identify growth opportunities and deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience translating market needs into differentiated product roadmaps.
• Proven ability to build business cases and prioritize investments.
• Experience launching enterprise SaaS or analytics solutions for payers.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight payer portfolio and 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Lead market discovery, competitive analysis, and opportunity validation.
• Collaborate with GM, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to drive commercialization.
• Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans with cross-functional teams.
• Measure product performance and iterate investments based on post-launch analytics.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities to improve value and scalability.
