Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead product strategy and commercialization for payer offerings. You will translate market needs and client insights into differentiated 12–24 month roadmaps, working with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders.

The role requires deep payer expertise, strategic vision, and strong business acumen to identify growth opportunities and deliver innovative healthcare solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy/management within healthcare tech or analytics.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Experience launching enterprise SaaS or health analytics for payer organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio and translate insights into 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Lead commercialization efforts including pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and GM leadership to prioritize investments and measure success.
• Partner with Client Services to ensure scalable service models and long-term client adoption.
