Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to lead product strategy and commercialization for payer offerings. Define strategic direction, translate market insights into differentiated products, and partner across functions to drive 12–24 month roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

The role requires deep payer knowledge, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to collaborate with TPMs, GMs, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to maximize value and adoption of healthcare analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare tech, SaaS, or analytics serving payer orgs.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, lifecycle, and portfolio planning.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and health plan workflows; translate needs into strategy and roadmaps.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities, building business cases, and prioritizing investments using TAM/SAM/SOM.
• Experience launching and commercializing enterprise SaaS or healthcare analytics for payers (preferred).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction of MedInsight's payer portfolio and translate insights into differentiated products and 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders to drive investments from discovery to commercialization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and General Managers to develop positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements to enable execution by TPMs and Engineering.
• Guide long-term product investments while aligning with customer needs and business priorities.
