Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead payer product strategy and commercialization, translating market needs into 12-24 month roadmaps in collaboration with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional partners.

The role is based in Seattle, WA, with remote work within the United States considered. You will drive market opportunities, develop business cases, and guide investments across product lifecycle to deliver measurable healthcare value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5-8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy in healthcare tech, SaaS, or analytics for payers.
Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and workflows.

Responsibilities

Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio, translating market insights into differentiated products and 12-24 month roadmaps.
Collaborate with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities and support annual planning.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance to validate opportunities and maximize commercial performance across the lifecycle.
Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for product success.
Identify opportunities to add AI-enabled capabilities and scalable operating models.
