Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategist to define the strategic direction for the payer portfolio and translate market insights into differentiated products and 12-24 month roadmaps. You will collaborate with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders to guide investments from market discovery through commercialization.

The role requires deep payer expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to identify growth opportunities in healthcare analytics and enterprise SaaS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare technology, SaaS, or analytics serving payer organizations.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, and lifecycle management.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and health plan workflows.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities, developing business cases, and prioritizing product investments using TAM/SAM/SOM.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio and translate insights into differentiated products and 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders to guide investments from discovery to commercialization.
• Lead market validation, business cases, and requirements for successful execution by PM and engineering teams.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance to validate opportunities and maximize commercial performance.
• Drive product adoption through scalable service, support, and operating models.
