Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead the payer portfolio strategy and commercialization, translating market insights into differentiated products and 12-24 month roadmaps.

You will collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and leadership, guiding investments and go-to-market plans while focusing on AI-enabled capabilities and scalable solutions for payers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years in product strategy, management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare tech, SaaS, or analytics for payers.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, lifecycle, and portfolio planning.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and workflows.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities and building business cases with TAM/SAM/SOM.
• Experience launching enterprise SaaS or analytics solutions for payers is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; SQL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio and 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Translate market intelligence and client feedback into differentiated products and commercialization strategies.
• Collaborate with General Managers, TPMs, and cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, finance, and engineering.
• Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for product investments.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities and scalable solutions.
