Job summary

Milliman MedInsight seeks a Senior Product Strategist to lead payer product strategy and commercialization, shaping 12–24 month roadmaps in collaboration with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires deep payer expertise, business judgment, and market insight to identify growth opportunities and deliver innovative healthcare solutions—remote within the United States with Seattle as a preferred base.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy within healthcare technology, SaaS, or analytics serving payer organizations.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, product development lifecycles, and portfolio planning.
• Experience launching and commercializing enterprise SaaS or healthcare analytics solutions for payer organizations is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience with BI/analytics tools; SQL a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive alignment across competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio with 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Lead market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessment.
• Collaborate with General Managers and Product Leadership to plan investments and priorities.
• Oversee commercialization, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans.
• Measure product performance and refine strategy based on analytics.
