Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategy Manager to guide the strategy and commercialization of our payer products. You will translate market intelligence and client insights into differentiated product roadmaps, partnering with TPMs, GMs, and cross-functional leaders to align with business priorities.

Based in Seattle or fully US-based remote, you will collaborate across product, engineering, marketing, and sales to drive investments, validate opportunities, and accelerate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or related field.
• 5–8+ years in product strategy, management, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong understanding of strategy, lifecycle, and portfolio planning.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, claims analytics, and health plan workflows.
• Experience building business cases and prioritizing investments.
• Experience launching enterprise SaaS or healthcare analytics for payers preferred.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills; SQL a plus.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, competitive analysis, and market research to identify opportunities.
• Define and own payer product strategy with 12–24 month roadmaps.
• Collaborate with GMs and leadership to set strategic priorities.
• Work with Sales, Client Success, Marketing to validate opportunities and drive adoption.
• Prioritize investments by market demand and competitive differentiation.
• Lead market validation, business cases, and requirements for TPMs and Engineering.
• Incorporate AI-enabled capabilities to improve value and scalability.
• Act as payer product SME in client engagements, webinars, and market activities.
• Drive go-to-market plans and pricing strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Measure success via market adoption and post-launch analytics.
• Coordinate across functions to align and execute initiatives.
• Partner with Client Services to define scalable service models.
