Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead the payer portfolio's strategy and commercialization. You will translate market insights into differentiated product roadmaps and work closely with TPMs, GMs, and executives to drive growth.

The ideal candidate brings deep payer expertise, strong business acumen, and a track record of delivering market-leading SaaS or analytics solutions for payers. Remote US work is permitted with preference for Seattle-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product strategy or management within healthcare tech, SaaS, or analytics serving payer organizations.
• Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and health plan workflows.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities and building business cases with TAM/SAM/SOM.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction for MedInsight's payer portfolio and 12-24 month roadmaps.
• Lead commercialization efforts with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers.
• Collaborate across functions to align stakeholders and drive execution of key initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities and improve user experience.
