Job summary

Milliman MedInsight is seeking a Senior Product Strategist to lead payers product strategy and 12-24 month roadmaps. This role translates market needs, client insights, and business objectives into differentiated products in partnership with Technical Product Managers, General Managers, and cross-functional leaders.

The ideal candidate combines deep payer expertise with strong commercial judgment and market insight.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology or related field; advanced degree preferred.
5-8+ years in product strategy, product management, healthcare consulting, or commercial strategy in healthcare tech, SaaS, or analytics serving payer organizations.
Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization lifecycle, and portfolio planning.
Deep knowledge of payer operations, healthcare data, claims analytics, and health plan workflows.

Responsibilities

Define strategic direction of MedInsight's payer portfolio and translate market intelligence into differentiated products and 12-24 month roadmaps.
Collaborate with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities and support annual business planning.
Guide product investments from market discovery through commercialization with cross-functional teams.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, Finance, and Leadership to accelerate adoption and maximize commercial performance.
Lead market validation, business case development, and requirements for Technical Product Management and Engineering.
