Job summary

Bridgewise is seeking a Senior Product and Sales Enablement Manager to build the enablement engine from the ground up in Ramat Gan. You will design onboarding programs, maintain a single source of truth for assets, and run ongoing training with an internal knowledge hub used by the entire organization.

You will translate complex product features into clear content, collaborate with sales and marketing, and measure ramp time and adoption to show impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Revenue Enablement, Product Enablement, or enablement-focused GTM roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of building an onboarding program from scratch.
• AI & Automation Mindset: Active user of modern AI productivity tools to accelerate content creation, documentation, and enablement workflows.
• Hands‑on experience building and managing internal knowledge platforms (e.g., Notion, Guru, Seismic).
• Exceptional ability to translate complex tech and product features into clear, structured, and engaging commercial content.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) with strong presentation and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and own structured onboarding content and programs from scratch for sales, product, and revenue teams.
• Create, curate, and maintain our library of sales and product marketing assets and collateral.
• Design and run continuous enablement and training programs on product messaging and market developments.
• Build and manage an internal knowledge hub as the single source of truth.
• Partner with sales, product, and marketing to measure enablement impact on ramp time and team effectiveness.
