Job summary

ValGenesis is seeking a Director of Product Enablement to bridge product creation and market delivery, collaborating with Product, Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing. You will translate complex capabilities into scalable knowledge and insights, guiding RFP responses and prioritization decisions.

You will lead scalable enablement programs, govern the internal knowledge base, and partner across the business to align messaging, training, and content with roadmap

Qualifications

• Proven ability translating complex product concepts into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Experience building and delivering enablement programs for new products or major releases.
• Strong written and verbal communication; capable of executive-level storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the product enablement strategy aligned with roadmap and GTM priorities.
• Design and deliver engaging training for launches, feature releases, and updates for multiple teams.
• Create playbooks, FAQs, battle cards, demo guidance, training materials, and certifications.
