Job summary

This highly cross-functional role collaborates with Product, Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Marketing to move partnerships from concept to shipped integration and revenue.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of BD/Partnerships experience at high-growth SaaS companies.
• Experience managing product/technology partnerships end-to-end.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity across business, technical, and legal domains.
• Strong executive communication skills.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial partnerships.
• Thorough understanding of the SaaS ecosystem and partner business models.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and sign new product partnerships with data-driven business cases.
• Own the full partner lifecycle: sourcing, scoping, negotiation, legal, integration, GTM and performance.
• Serve as BD liaison to Product and Engineering for translating partner needs into product requirements.
• Design and launch co-sell, cross-sell, and referral programs with partners and track metrics.
• Manage portfolio of existing product partners and drive joint OKRs and accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to bring partnerships to life end-to-end and manage escalations.
