Qualifications

• 8+ years of partnerships, implementation management, operations and/or customer success experience.
• Proven track record of developing strong internal and external partnerships to achieve business outcomes.
• Clear, credible executive-level written and verbal communication.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented problem solver.
• Data-driven approach to assess program success and opportunities for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the ecosystem of Certified Implementation Partners to scale Rippling implementations.
• Architect and run multi-week Partner Certification Program with mock calls, mentorship, scorecards, and assessments.
• Define and own the operational systems, tooling and governance to scale partner work.
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to evaluate partner performance across CSAT, velocity, and quality.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with partner firms and coordinate with Finance/Accounting for invoicing and utilization.
