Job summary

Rippling, based in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Manager, Implementation Partner Operations to lead the scale and governance of our partner ecosystem. You will partner with Business Development and Product teams to select and enable top implementation partners, while coaching executives and managing performance standards to ensure consistent Rippling practice quality.

You will own the enablement framework, certification programs, and documentation governance, driving readiness for peak demand

• Proven ability to develop strong internal and external partnerships
• Experience guiding complex implementations and partner ecosystems
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a scalable partner ecosystem and ensure long-term alignment
• Lead certification programs, trainings, scorecards, and partner readiness
• Define and own operational systems to scale partner implementations
• Establish metrics and governance for partner performance and program success
• Oversee high-severity escalations and ensure quality across Rippling projects
