Job summary

Rippling is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation Partner Operations to lead the ecosystem of partner firms that deliver Rippling implementations at scale. You will own both the operational backbone and strategic partnership management, guiding executives and certified consultants to build and scale Rippling practices.

You will design the infrastructure, establish KPIs, run QBRs, and drive enablement and governance across product, engineering, risk, and finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, implementation management, operations or customer success.
• Proven ability to develop strong partnerships (internal and external) to achieve business outcomes.
• Clear, credible executive level written and verbal communication.
• Excellent project management and the ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented problem solver with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partner firms to Rippling's ecosystem.
• Define partner readiness criteria and manage ongoing capacity planning.
• Coach partner leadership and consultants to scale Rippling practice while enforcing quality standards.
• Define and own operational systems for partner implementations (Salesforce, workflows, access tooling).
• Establish metrics, dashboards and KPIs; run Quarterly Business Reviews with each partner.
