Job summary

First American is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to improve how product teams work, scale processes, and leverage AI and automation to deliver value across the development lifecycle.

You will partner with Data Science, Analytics, Product and Engineering to analyze data, mitigate risks, and accelerate delivery, while coaching teams on new tools and ways of working in a remote-friendly, people-first culture that values collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations and/or product management.
• Direct experience managing product development life cycle processes.
• Ability to turn complex problems into structured, actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize product development workflows with AI/automation.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks affecting delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics, Product and Engineering to derive insights.
• Publish regular reporting for internal stakeholders and leadership.
• Coach teams on new tools, processes, and best practices.
