Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience building production software systems, including leadership.
• Experience delivering cloud-native distributed software in production.
• Strong experience establishing engineering processes for delivery, quality, and operational excellence.
• Experience adopting AI-assisted software development tools.

Responsibilities

• Build inclusive, high-performing engineering teams with growth and collaboration.
• Own predictable delivery with clear priorities and strong execution discipline.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Design, Architecture, Security, and stakeholders to deliver measurable value.
• Champion AI across the software development lifecycle and evaluate AI-powered opportunities.
• Establish operational excellence with SLOs, postmortems, incident reviews, and instrumentation.
