Job summary

Assembly Software is hiring a Senior Product Operations Manager to own how our product organization runs. You’ll shape how PMs, designers, and engineers plan, prioritize, launch, and learn—treating it as a product with real customers and friction to fix.

You’ll build scorecards, run readiness processes, and use AI daily to improve workflows and outcomes. This is a fully remote role across time zones with strong benefits and ownership from day one.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinker who can optimize how PMs, design and engineering work together.
• Experience building and running product operations processes with measurable impact.
• Comfortable communicating with VPs and balancing data with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build scorecards that leadership can read at a glance.
• Run the readiness process to align Sales and Customer Success with shipping.
• Collaborate across PM, design and engineering to remove bottlenecks and improve flow.
