Job summary

First American is seeking a Senior Product Analyst - Data & Integration to bridge Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Enterprise Data teams. You will ensure customer data is connected, governed, and activated across Salesforce ecosystems and custom platforms.

You will help translate strategy into requirements, influence cross-functional teams, and drive integration patterns that enable AI-powered experiences and intelligent automation across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience leading business analysis or product analysis within Salesforce or enterprise CRM.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data360.

Responsibilities

• Define business capabilities supported by Salesforce, Data360, Marketing Cloud, and custom platforms.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify data requirements for sales, marketing, servicing, analytics, and AI capabilities.
• Translate objectives into scalable business requirements, user stories, and data mapping documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Enterprise Data teams to design scalable integration patterns.
• Define business rules for customer engagement data across Salesforce and connected platforms.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Data Operations, and Engineering to ensure data supports AI-driven experiences.
• Support AI-enabled solutions by ensuring customer data is connected, accessible, and optimized for automation and insights.
