Form Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Product to lead Product Operations and partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and go-to-market teams. You will champion AI-forward planning and modern workflows, defining the roadmap and enabling the org to plan, ship, and learn at speed.

This builder role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive initiatives from idea to adoption, while aligning stakeholders across the company.

Formación

• 5+ years in program/project management or product operations within software or digital health.
• Ability to define roadmaps and operating models from scratch.
• Experience with AI-forward planning, coding, and research tools.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional influence to align stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Product Operations roadmap and define vision, priorities, and success metrics.
• Drive end-to-end program management for cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Orchestrate alignment between Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Ops, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Champion AI-forward tooling and methodologies to accelerate planning and shipping.
• Build and evolve the product operating model including intake, roadmaps, and rituals.
• Turn product usage data and feedback into actionable roadmap decisions.
• Provide executive visibility with program health readouts and risk assessments.
• Proactively manage risks and dependencies across teams.
